Luminosity’s moose returns from injury; ban benched

Kaleb “moose” Jayne is returning to Luminosity’s starting Valorant lineup after recovering from a broken wrist, with Joseph “ban” Seungmin Oh heading to the bench.

Luminosity is currently competing in the Stage Three Challengers Playoffs of the NA VCT.

With ban going to the bench, stand-in Tanner “TiGG” Spanu will remain in the lineup.

“For the upcoming #VCT Challenger Playoffs, Luminosity VALORANT is announcing that Joseph “@Ban_Val” Seungmin Oh is being moved off of the active roster and starting immediately Kaleb “@mooseloff” Jayne will be moving back into the starting lineup,” the team tweeted Monday night.

moose joined Luminosity in February following a trial but had been sidelined by a broken wrist. ban joined the team last month and joins Brendan “Stellar” McGrath and Brady “Thief” Dever on the bench.

“Really sad I didn’t get to play with my godly ranked duo ban but, I have no doubt he will be at the top of the pro scene in the future,” moose tweeted.

The playoffs begin Wednesday and run through Aug. 16.
