Team Vitality parted ways with Nabil “Nivera” Benrlitom on Saturday.
Nivera had been on Vitality’s Counter-Strike: Global Offensive team before electing to pursue a career in Valorant. The 20-year-old Belgian reportedly is joining his brother Adil “ScreaM” Benrlitom in Liquid’s Valorant division.
“You were the first ever substitute in CS:GO history and helped us win several trophies, what an amazing ride together (Nivera),” Team Vitality wrote on Twitter. “We are parting ways as you take another challenge.”
Nivera joined Vitality in October as a substitute player and helped the organization win titles at IEM Beijing-Haidian and BLAST Premier Fall. He stepped down from an active playing position in March.
