MOUZ promote sycrone to head coach of CS:GO team

MOUZ named Dennis “sycrone” Nielsen as the organization’s head coach of the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive team on Thursday.

The 25-year-old Dane had served as the head coach of the organization’s NXT team since June.

“After developing the best academy team in the scene, we are happy to announce that Dennis (“sycone”) Nielsen is the new head coach of MOUZ,” the organization wrote on Twitter.

“Dennis is a perfect fit for our mission to create an environment where anybody can rise to the top. #VAMOUZ”

sycrone expressed his appreciation over social media to the German organization.

“This past year has been the best in my career. Not only growth wise in a lot of aspects, but also with the people I’ve found myself surrounded by (heart emoji),” he posted on Twitter. “Incredibly thankful for the trust put in me and the amazing support from everyone – Let’s write a new chapter together!”

sycrone will see a familiar face in Adam “torzsi” Torzsas, who was the first player promoted from the academy team. Also on the team are Australian Christopher “dexter” Nong, Lithuanian Aurimas “Bymas” Pipiras and Slovakian David “frozen” Cernansky. Denmark’s Frederik “acoR” Gyldstrand is on the bench.
